For over 20 years in the fluid power industry, I have worked tirelessly to provide great service to our customers. Do I sound old when I say that service in the world we live in just doesn’t seem to be as good as it used to be? It’s my goal for all our customers to experience top quality service.

With over 30 years in the hydraulics industry, I have developed my knowledge over a wide range of products including valves, pumps, motors and fittings. I have worked across most key market segments and I have the experience to create a constructive & confident relationship with customers. A proven track record for business growth through successful sales and marketing strategies, I believe in working with customers to deliver mutual value and benefits. With strong leadership and development of teams, I enjoy working in highly pressured and challenging working environments. I am married with four children and enjoy football, cycling, walking, reading and photography.

I am Benjamin Bamford a recent Business postgraduate and currently work as the Pegasus Hydraulics Business Development manager. My role involves ensuring a high level of efficient service with all customer orders and queries as well as identifying new business opportunities. I enjoy working and collaborating with other industry businesses by aiding in the supply of ongoing projects & tenders. Outside of work I enjoy frequent exercise through running and playing football with a local team, this gives me a balanced routine.

Hi, my name is Sally. My role at Pegasus Hydraulics is Sales Administrator. I receive and process all Purchase orders via telephone or email, and provide all aspects of admin support to the sales team. As well as the processing side of the role I also contact customers if ever there is a query or missing information which I enjoy as I am very much a people person which helps build relationships with our customers.

I can honestly say I am honoured to work for such a brilliant company! We really do have the best team here at Pegasus.

My time away from work is normally spending quality time with my family and lots of walks with my doggy Betsy (and catching up with the cleaning hehe)

Hi, I’m Georgie and I have been working at Pegasus Hydraulics in accounts since 2012. I enjoy all aspects of my job. I enjoy working with numbers and particularly like being organised with a keen attention to detail. In my spare time I am a big sports fan. I play football for a ladies 5-a-side team and I support Liverpool. I also love basketball, watching the NBA and NCAA college basketball. When I’m not doing that, I dabble in trying to learn French as it’s one of my favourite holiday destinations.

With over 20 years’ experience working in stock control environments within various sectors, I am currently enjoying being part of the team here at Pegasus where the objective is to maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products.

It is already approaching my 1 year work anniversary at Pegasus Hydraulics. I find the Company a good place to work because the whole team are really nice people. I have been married for 44 years and have on daughter (which is more than enough!). My career has been quite varied as I used to work as a Bricklayer and also within the food industry. As for hobbies, I’m too much of a couch potato these days for that, but I am an avid fan of Liverpool Football Club.

I started working as a Team Member in the warehouse with our Company in October 2022 after a 20 year career in the power generation industry. My role predominately is to ensure all customer orders are picked and packed in line with our very high standards.

In my spare time I enjoy going to watch my local rugby league team, St Helens.

Hello, I’m Scott and I’ve been here at Pegasus Hydraulics since 2023. I arrived at Pegasus from a heavily customer focussed background, the majority of which was spent in business development. I have a very analytical approach to my work, and am a firm believer in maximising the use of data to grow both customer relationships and the business. My aim is for every interaction with a customer to be a successful one, for both parties, therefore maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship. I think honesty and the ability to manage expectations contribute massively to this, and I’d say that’s something we strive for here at Pegasus.

Away from work I enjoy watching football, spending time with my two young sons and baking.
